Session 1

Doug Melville is the Chief Diversity Officer of TBWA\Worldwide, and works with the North American Network of Agencies on Diversity Efforts across Outreach, Culture and Vendor relationships. In 2013, TBWA spent $19million with diverse businesses in the creative space, and they were the recipient of the 2014 AAF Mosaic Award for Supplier Diversity (can use the one you have)

Mil Galvin Mil Galvin is a Senior Vice President and Senior Partner at FleishmanHillard, one of the world’s leading global communications consultancies. Mil provides strategic human resources support to the offices in the firm’s East, Mid-Atlantic and Latin America regions. She also leads the company’s diversity initiatives.

Session 2

Sherry Riad is the President and owner of RIAD Represents, an artist management agency based in Manhattan.  Sherry’s experience includes running the photo department at Radical Media and, working as an agent at Corbis Assignment.  Sherry majored in Art History at NYU and began here career in the fine art world.  Her artful and analytical eye, cultivated from over a decade of experience, guides her in choosing talent.

Marry Nitollo is the president and founder of the STUDIO, a digital production and animation company in NYC that is celebrating its 25th year. For the past 4 years, she has been a judge of the AICP NEXT awards and has been a mentor and judge of the One Club BootCamp.

Jennifer Lederman is the Vice President/Managing Director of BlueRock, an industry leader specializing in the post production/editing of television commercials.  Jennifer began her career on the advertising agency side of the business and transitioned to post nearly 20 years ago.  She has been managing BlueRock’s team of editors and producers for 3 years.

Chad Hopenwasser is the Head of Integrated Production at TBWA\Chiat Day, NY. Chad oversees all production disciplines’ in the NY office. Chads attitude and approach to integrated communications, content and digital perfectly suits both the agency and client needs.

Ralph Navarro is the Director of Integrated Production at DDB New York. He recently celebrated his 32nd anniversary at DDB, where he has managed studio operations since 1994. During his tenure, the studio has grown from a 10-person department to its present size of more than 40 graphic artists, web programmers and animators.
