Jeff serves as EVP/Director for Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) where he’s responsible for building SMG’s global digital, data & analytics product and capability. In this role, he serves as SMG’s programmatic expert and engages with leaders across all SMG agencies worldwide to create and scale capabilities that unlock the power of cross-channel and digital analytics to drive value for clients.
Jeff’s role at SMG leverages nearly 17 years of unique combined experience in CRM & technology consulting, customer strategy, analytics & operations and media. Prior to joining SMG in 2011, Jeff was a Managing Director of Business Planning with Mindshare where he created strategies for a wide range of advertisers across numerous categories, including pharmaceuticals, CPG, retail, electronics, insurance and finance. In that time, he was responsible for building Mindshare Chicago’s business planning capability from the ground up into an area of expertise responsible for serving nearly all of Mindshare’s Chicago-based clients.
After graduating from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and computer science, Jeff began his career in consulting for a global CRM and customer strategy consultancy.
