Keynote: The Art of Social Selling and Building Online Relationships
Brooks Thomas sits as an Advisor on the Social Business Team at Southwest Airlines. He is responsible for overseeing content strategy across Southwest’s social spaces and building social media training across the company. Brooks began his career in broadcast journalism before joining Southwest Airlines. He most recently worked as the Director of Digital & Social Media at AT&T before returning to Southwest late last year. As a young boy, Brooks’ dream was to be able to fly. Not quite what he had in mind, but he’s learned that the world interprets things in many different ways, and he’s happy to work for the Southwest Airlines.
